How it works

01Log the hand, between deals. One screen, one thumb, about five seconds. Most players log only the hands where chips moved.
02See where the money went. After a few sessions: which seats, which hands, and what you do right after a big pot.
03Work one habit with the coach. What you were thinking in that spot, what you will do instead, and one rule for the next session.

What a finding looks like

01Middle pairs from the button cost you the most
02Right after a big pot you play worse
03The cutoff is your best seat

Sample data. Yours come from your own sessions, in plain words, never from a chart.

Questions

Do I need hand histories?

No. Live poker produces none; you log the hand yourself in a few seconds. If you also play online, you can import a hand history so the coach has something to read on day one.

Is the coach a person?

No. The coach is an AI, and the app says so on every coaching screen. It is built on May Mor's identity-first coaching method, and it is not medical or financial advice.

Does it teach GTO or poker theory?

No. It works from your own hands and your own habits, and judges a decision by whether it makes money in the games you actually sit in.

Play responsibly. Poker is gambling, and you can lose money. Play only with money you can afford to lose, and never to win back losses. For adults 18 and over, or the legal age where you live, and only where playing is legal. The book and the app are for people who already play: they do not encourage anyone to start, and nothing in them is financial advice or a promise of results. If gambling is hurting you or someone close to you, stop and get help: 1-800-522-4700 (US), 0808 8020 133 (UK), or Gamblers Anonymous. More on playing responsibly.

18 and over. An AI coach, not a person. Not financial advice. Play responsibly.
