Delete your account and data

You can delete your Identity-First Poker account and everything in it yourself, at any time. No email is needed.

In the app

Open the app and sign in.

Tap Settings, the gear at the top of the screen.

At the bottom of Settings, tap Delete my account.

Confirm twice. The account is deleted and you are signed out.

Want a copy first? Download my data, in the same place, saves everything stored about you as one JSON file.

No longer have the app

The app also runs in any web browser. Open identityfirstpoker.com, sign in with the same email or Google account, and follow the same steps.

Cannot sign in

Write to may@scalewithmay.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the request with that address before anything is deleted, so nobody else can delete your account. We aim to answer any privacy request within 30 days.

If you have a plan running

A running plan on your account is cancelled as part of the deletion, at once, and nothing more is charged, whether you pay on our website or through Google Play. Access ends with the account, even with paid time left. Deleting your account does not by itself refund a purchase - the Refund Policy governs that.

What is deleted

Everything in your account: your sessions, hands, check-ins and notes, your coaching conversations, and the files you uploaded. Deletion is immediate for your record, conversations and files; copies in our backups roll off within 30 days.

What is kept

Purchase and tax records, if any, are kept for seven years as the law requires.
Product telemetry (feature usage and errors) is kept with your account id removed.
